Chupa Chups (pronounced "Lollipop" in Spanish, and in Russian-speaking markets or "Chapa-chaps" in English) is a Spanish company producing candy on a stick. Founded in 1958 by Enrique Bernat. Currently owned by Dutch-Italian multinational Corporation Perfetti Van Melle. The name comes from the Spanish verb chupar, meaning "to suck".
